How we price
The right price depends on three things - not a fixed rate. That's why we show indicative ranges and tailor the final quote to your space.

Area and type of space
Under ~110 sqm we use fixed packages; above that, a tapering per-sqm price. An office, a clinic and a post-construction space have different rates.

Frequency
The higher the frequency, the lower the unit price. Subscriptions carry typical discounts of 10–20% vs. one-off visits.

Level of quality
The difference between Standard, Premium and Luxury isn't the number of tasks, it's the content: steam, premium products, scent, photo report, supervisor.

What the price includes
All prices include travel, professional equipment, cleaning products and vetted staff. There are no hidden costs - you get the final quote before the first visit.
How to compare prices properly
When you compare cleaning-company quotes, check what the price includes. Some firms show low rates but exclude products, equipment or VAT. With us, the price we quote covers everything needed for the job - the only possible extra is VAT (21%), which we state separately.
