We deliver fast turnover cleaning at hotel standard: we change and refresh the linen, disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, restock consumables and do the detail finishing that separates 'clean' from 'immaculate'. We document the result with a before/after photo report, so you know exactly the state the apartment was handed over in.
We coordinate with your booking calendar and can also handle linen laundry, remaining your single point of contact. That way you focus on guests and listings, while we handle the cleaning between stays.
What the turnover includes
Full turnover, zone by zone
- Kitchen: degreasing counters and fronts, cleaning sink and tap, appliance exteriors, fridge check
- Bathroom: disinfecting toilet, basin, shower, cleaning mirrors and fittings, descaling, odour control
- Bedroom: linen change, hotel-standard bed making, dusting, vacuuming
- Living room: vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces, resetting décor
- Final check: mirrors, taps, marks on surfaces, emptied bins, smell, overall look
Add-on services (on request)
- Linen laundry (wash + iron + pack) - volume-based pricing
- Consumables restocking: toilet paper, soap, towels, bin liners
- Periodic deep clean (monthly) - full apartment reset
- Sofa and upholstery cleaning - recommended every 2-3 months for high-rotation units
