From building site to move-in ready
After a renovation or build, fine plaster and cement dust gets everywhere: in grout lines, on sills, behind radiators, on light fixtures. It's the hardest type of dirt and it doesn't disappear with ordinary cleaning - it needs the right equipment and method.
We do the deep hand-over clean, step by step: we remove fine construction dust, material debris and paint marks, clean windows and frames, degrease and finish down to the last detail. We use professional HEPA-filter vacuums and products suited to each surface, so the new finishes aren't damaged.
In the end, the space is truly move-in or hand-over ready - without the dust that comes back the next day. We work on homes, offices and commercial spaces, and tailor the quote to area and level of soiling after a short assessment.
